Ordering was super easy and prices very reasonable. I definitely got my full order (and maybe a little more). First time ordering from them. Appears this company focuses just on firewood while other competitors might do this as a side business. Delivery was prompt and they texted 10 minutes before arrival. I have not burned the wood yet but so far so good. I felt the prices were competitive and I liked the fact that they offered different species of trees such as hickory and cherry.

Just had a half a cord of oak delivered this am. Very pleased with the overall quality of the wood. After stacking it, I clearly got what I paid for. Excellent customer service and communication. The delivery guy was prompt and worked hard to get the wood out of the truck. Overall this company is very trustworthy. I’ll definitely be ordering again!

I have always just bought my firewood from whoever had the lowest price but after continually being disappointed by heat and burn time, I decided to try Best Burn. Best firewood ever! I ordered 1 cord of mixed hardwood. It was delivered promptly, dropped where I wanted, and was definitely not short. All samples I took registered 0% on the moisture meter; I had to stick the meter in my fence just to make sure it was working properly! Great wood at a competitive price. I’ll be calling again.
